Everything routine care should be.
Membership includes unlimited office visits for sick and well care, direct access by text, phone or video, and basic wellness labs and testing.
There is no joining fee and no predetermined contract length. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel and later return, a reenrollment fee applies.

Corporate memberships bring the same personal, accessible care to small-business owners and their employees. Groups with fewer than five employees pay $80 per employee per month; groups with five or more pay $75 per employee per month. Corporate membership is not health insurance.

We welcome each employee
Our team contacts employees to complete new-patient paperwork and schedule their first appointments.
Employees receive complete member benefits
Unlimited office visits, annual wellness labs, clinically indicated EKG and Pap testing, plus direct provider access by text, phone, or video, self-scheduling through AtlasMD, and same-day or next-day appointments subject to availability.
Corporate membership pricing
1–4 employees: $80 per employee/month
5+ employees: $75 per employee/month
Children age 6+: $20/month for the first child; $10/month for each additional child
Membership is not health insurance. Same-day or next-day appointments are offered subject to availability. Translation assistance is available when needed; please contact the office to arrange it.

Nonmember pricing
Exams and testing are billed separately for patients who are not enrolled in a membership.
